NCS is a one-person company based in Pensacola, FL. I have been developing web-based code and applications for employers and clients, both large and small since 1999. I believe strongly in using open, web standards to create highly accessible sites and applications.
NCS is an excellent outsource for small, leading edge projects involving AJAX, CSS, or other open web standards. I would be especially interested in hearing from you if you would like to use SVG and AJAX as a basis for a novel application.
